Dr. Abhishek Anand has done MPhil & PhD in ancient Indian history from Jawaharlal Nehru University, earning the highest grades consistently. He is currently working as a Senior Research Fellow at the Bharat Ki Soch Foundation, inspired by ancient Indian wisdom. The work involves researching in ancient Indian wisdom/knowledge systems & traditions to address contemporary issues.

He has also worked at the Dept. of History, Indira Gandhi National Open Univ. (IGNOU) Main Campus for four years. His academic interest & expertise lie in the textual rigour of ancient India foregrounded by the Shastric literature. He has widely published a series of research papers & chapters in edited books on the same.
