Shri Sanjiv Kumar Mukesh is an Indian poet, lyricist, and singer, celebrated for his contributions to Hindi and Magahi literature and music. Writing primarily in Hindi and Magahi — a language spoken in Bihar — his poetry explores themes of love, struggle, and society, reflecting traditional values and youth consciousness.

He has performed at numerous Kavi Sammelans (poetry symposiums) across India, including events at IIT Patna, and has been featured on national channels such as Bharat 24.
