Dr. Shiva Kumar Mishra, Co- Convener, INTACH Bihar state Chapter, is editor of Mithila Bharati, an International Research Journal, published by Maithili Sahitya Sansthan, Patna. He has worked In the Bihar Research Society, Patna one of the oldest Research Institute in India about three decades. He has also written a Monograph, Upendra Thakur published by The Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi. A number of articles, written by him, have been published by The Sahitya Akademi. More than one hundred research papers have been published in the national and international research journals and Books. He is member of Maithili Sahitya Sansthan, Patna, Chetna samiti, Patna, Akhil Bhartiya Mithila sangh, Delhi and other prestigious institutions.
