Shri Vinod Anupam is a distinguished film and art critic, honoured with the National Film Award for Best Film Critic (2002). He has served on the jury for the National Film Awards and Indian Panorama, and has been a member of the Innovation Committee of the National Museum of Indian Cinema.

A former Secretary of the Bihar Sangeet Natak Akademi, he holds a Master’s degree in Hindi and a Film Appreciation diploma from FTII, Pune. His accolades include the State Award for Best Youth Writer (1988).

Shri Anupam has edited Bihar ke 100 Ratn and Bihar Vihar, and is a regular columnist for several leading publications, contributing incisive commentary on cinema, culture, and the arts.
