Yatindra Mishra is a celebrated Hindi poet, biographer, and cultural scholar known for his lyrical exploration of India’s artistic and spiritual heritage. His poetry collections, including Yada Kada, Vibhas, and the 2024 release Bina Kalinga Vijay Ke, reflect themes of memory and loss. His biography Lata: Sur Gatha won the National Film Award (Swarna Kamal) and the MAMI Award in 2017. He has also authored Gulzar Saabh: Hazaar Rahen Mud Ke Dekhin, celebrating Gulzar’s contributions to cinema and poetry. In 2022, he became the only Hindi poet to chair the National Film Awards jury.
