Anant Vijay is a senior journalist, columnist, and author with over 25 years of experience, he pens a weekly column in Dainik Jagran. A recipient of the National Award (Swarna Kamal) for best writing on cinema, he has authored 14 books, including the bestsellers Marxwad ka Ardhsatya and Amethi Sangram/Dynasty to Democracy. His latest work, Over the Top: OTT ka Mayajaal, won the Kalinga Literary Award. He has also been honored with the Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Samman, Maharana Mewar Samman, and the Father Camille Bulcke Award. Anant Vijay has twice chaired the National Film Award Jury and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Executive Council, Film and Television Institute of India, Pune.
