 Assist in managing session logistics, including timekeeping, seating arrangements, material distribution, and speaker coordination to ensure smooth session flow.

4. Author Coordinator
 Act as the primary point of contact for authors. Escort them to sessions, manage their schedules, and assist with logistical or personal requirements.

5. Social Media
 Capture live moments and share timely updates across digital platforms. Support content creation, real-time coverage, and online audience engagement.

6. Venue Management
 Oversee venue setup, cleanliness, and maintenance. Coordinate with facilities teams to ensure all session spaces are prepared and event-ready.

7. Posters and Banners
 Manage placement of posters, banners, standee and other promotional materials across the venue. Ensure timely installation and removal, maintaining professional visibility.

8. Report Writing
 Record session highlights, keynote takeaways, and prepare event summaries and reports.

 Assist print and electronic media

10. Accommodation & Hospitality
 Coordinate hotel check-ins, room allotments, and guest stays. Ensure comfort and smooth arrangements for outstation guests and speakers.

11. Transportation & Logistics
 Manage arrival and departure schedules of guests. Oversee vehicles, drivers, and route planning to ensure timely and safe travel.

12. Book Signing Management
 Facilitate book signing sessions by preparing tables, managing queues, and ensuring a smooth and organized experience for both authors and attendees.

13. Food & Catering
 Oversee distribution of meals and refreshments for guests, authors, and volunteers. Manage dietary preferences and ensure efficient catering logistics.

14. Publishing Coordination
 Serve as liaison with publishing houses for book displays, sales, and logistics. Assist with setup, promotions, and coordination of publishing-related activities.

15. Creative Writers
 Develop engaging content such as event introductions, session notes, author’s bio, and creative pieces that highlight the event’s spirit and message.

16. Editorial Assistants
 Support in reviewing, editing, refining event documents, reports, and publications. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional quality of all written materials.
