Ganga Kumar is a career bureaucrat and social activist. He is deeply committed to cultural preservation and promotion. An M.Phil. from the University of Delhi and a gold medalist in post-graduation, he has made significant contributions to heritage preservation in Bihar. He has authored the four-volume series Bihar Ke Sanskritik Dharohar, along with Kalpvirksh and Kalaazar Menace in Bihar, addressing cultural heritage and public health challenges. He has received over 10 state and national-level awards, including the Viswesaraiya Memorial Award, for his outstanding work in engineering, art, and culture.
