Ms. Mugdha Sinha is a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1999 batch from the Rajasthan cadre, currently serving as Managing Director of the India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) at the rank of Additional Secretary to the Government of India. Over the course of her career, she has held key positions in the Government of India, including Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Culture and Director General of Tourism, where she contributed significantly to cultural policy and national tourism initiatives. She has an extensive academic background, having studied at the University of Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Lady Shri Ram College, and the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
