Sh. Vinay Kumar Jindal is a civil servant with the Government of NCT of Delhi, currently serving as Secretary to a Cabinet Minister handling multiple portfolios including Tourism, Culture, Labour, and Law & Justice. He works at the intersection of governance and policy, supporting decision-making, coordination and execution across departments. Alongside his administrative career, he is an author and wildlife photographer. He co-authored Andaman & Nicobar Islands: Nature at the Best, a research-driven book combining photography and field documentation to explore the region’s ecology and culture. His photography follows a documentary style, capturing wildlife behaviour and natural ecosystems, reflecting his broader commitment to documenting India through both governance and visual storytelling.
