Shri Sanjay Kumar is a highly accomplished civil servant and social activist, currently serving as a Joint Secretary in the Government of India. He brings extensive experience across diverse sectors, including health, finance, law, administration, and technology-driven governance, having held critical leadership roles throughout his career. In addition to his administrative contributions, Shri Kumar has been actively engaged in various forums dedicated to culture, education, and health, using social platforms and public initiatives to promote awareness and positive social impact. He is the author of the four-volume series Bihar Ke Sanskritik Dharohar, as well as Kalpvirksh and Kalaazar Menace in Bihar, works that collectively address themes of cultural heritage, environmental awareness, and public health challenges. In recognition of his remarkable contributions across engineering, art, and culture, Shri Kumar has been honoured with more than ten state and national-level awards, including the prestigious Visvesvaraya Memorial Award.
