
Vandana Rag
Vandana Rag is an Indian writer, translator, and cultural critic from Siwan, Bihar. She has published four story collections, including Utopia and Khayalnama, and two novels, Bisat Par Jugnu and the upcoming Sarak Fanda. Her work explores culture, history, and fading art forms, and she has translated notable works like E. J. Hobsbawm’s The Age of Capital into Hindi. She actively engages with rural communities through creative camps and children’s literature, including Kisse Labalab. Vandana has received honors such as the Krishna Pratap Memorial Award, Ladli Media Award, and Mahadevi Verma Award.
