Srinagar Nalanda Dialogue2026

About the Event

Kashmir has long been a valley of poets, its Sufi verses and Kashmiri ghazals carrying centuries of inquiry and longing. On 20 June 2026, that inheritance met Nalanda's own tradition of dialogue, as the Srinagar Nalanda Dialogue gathered at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre on the banks of Dal Lake. Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha and Padma Vibhushan Dr Karan Singh joined writers, scholars, diplomats, and policymakers for a day of conversation placing Kashmir's literary heritage alongside the wider Nalanda spirit of inquiry.
