Shri Abhayanand is an Indian former Indian Police Service officer, educationist, social reformer, and author. He served as Director General of Police of Bihar and is widely known for his contributions to policing, education, and the mentoring of underprivileged students. With the mathematician Anand Kumar, he helped conceptualise the Super 30 initiative, which prepared economically disadvantaged students for the IIT-JEE examination.
