Sh. Anupam Kher

Shri Anupam Kher is an Indian actor, producer, author, motivational speaker, and educator, with a career spanning more than four decades and appearances in over 540 films across Hindi and international cinema.

Born on 7 March 1955 in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, he graduated from the National School of Drama. After financial struggles during his early years in Mumbai, he made his breakthrough with the critically acclaimed Saaransh (1984), portraying an elderly man at the age of twenty-eight. He went on to build an extraordinary career with memorable performances in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, A Wednesday!, Special 26, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, and The Kashmir Files, alongside international productions including Silver Linings Playbook, The Big Sick, and Hotel Mumbai.
