Sh. Ashutosh Agnihotri
Chairman & Managing Director, Food Corporation of India
Shri Ashutosh Agnihotri is an Indian poet, writer, and Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1999 batch. He is currently Chairman and Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India and Chairman of the Central Warehousing Corporation, and has served in several key administrative roles in both state and central government. In the Assam–Meghalaya cadre, his career has spanned the full range of administrative service, in the field and at headquarters, covering administration, finance, urban development, skill development, training, industry, and transport.
He has a strong passion for reading and creative writing, and his books include Piece of Mind, Colours of My Wall, Spandan (Hindi), OS ki Thapki (Hindi), Love Life and Longing, Kamrup (a coffee table book), and Usahor Bimal Surabhi, an Assamese translation of his poems. His recent publications include Kuch Adhure Shabd (Hindi poems), The Light of Love and Other Stories, Looking at the Skies & Beyond (essays), and Main Boond Swayam Khud Sagar Hun.
