Ms. Divya Mathur
Founder of Vatayan-Europe, Hindi Writer
Ms. Divya Mathur, F.R.S.A., is the founder of Vatayan–Europe, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a founding member of the Asha Foundation. An award-winning Hindi writer, she has eight story collections, eight poetry collections, three novels, children's literature, and several edited anthologies to her credit.
Her works are taught in universities and have been the subject of nearly fifty theses, and her honours include the Padma Bhushan Moturi Satyanarayana Lekhan Samman, the Vanmali Katha Samman, and the Arts Achiever Award from Arts Council England. She has been recognised among the "Inspirational Women of the 21st Century" and is a prominent voice in Hindi literature and diaspora writing.
