Shri Jay Ram Singh is an Indian Air Force veteran with 26 years of distinguished service, now serving as Rajbhasha Officer in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Mumbai. Originally from Vaishali, Bihar, he pursued higher education alongside his military career, earning multiple postgraduate degrees. A prolific critic and writer in Hindi and Bajjika, he has written more than a hundred short stories and poems, with a novel in Bajjika forthcoming. He is also a classical singer and composer with a published bhajan album to his credit. Known for his humility, he is deeply committed to preserving India's cultural and literary heritage.
