Padma Shri Mohan Singh Slathia (born 8 February 1955) is a distinguished Dogri writer, playwright, translator, actor, director, and cultural activist from Jammu & Kashmir. He is one of the foremost champions of the Dogri language and Duggar culture and was awarded the Padma Shri in 2023 for his outstanding contributions to Literature and Education.
